Our Policy
We want you to love your new shoes. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt, as long as the product is in its original packaging and unworn condition.

How to request a return or exchange:

  1. Email contact@solelystores.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond with detailed instructions for shipping the product back.
  3. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Return Shipping Costs:
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products.

  • Final sale items
  • Worn or customer-damaged products
